Whole room. Washroom was dirty. They did not gave water. There was smell

The boy whose name is Gopal, as per my own experience he is quite decent also he is friendly type person... I went there 6 times, i last visit on 19 August 23....and the location of this hotel is very good because if you are couples then u can easily visit there because on first floor there is Life care diagnostics so now one will doubt you where you are going...... Room is good but not too clean...

I don't know that boy but may be is swiper, he is very rude and faltu person.... Jeneke teo amak free service dibo, kiba hudile pura attitude ot reply kam tar swiper, but the way he treat with the visitors it's seem that he is the owner... The oyo owner should dismiss him...

That there was hot water for shower.

There were cob webs in the room. A lizard in another room so I didn't take that one. The tubelight was not working.

I like the behaviors of the staff they are very polite but sometimes they charge extra money but this time they didn't charge extra...

I. Went their 5 times i like only 103 rooms, rest of the rooms were so dirty... On 22 may 2023 i went there they give me 110 room, room was so dirty specially bathroom even shower not work...

Very bad hotel , behaviour is also bad of the staff electricity problem is also there. It's not hotel it's wasted of money , hotel looks very cheap. very bad staff and always tell lie. Request to everyone don't book this hotel. ????

I booked the room for 600 rupees but when I reached there they charged me 1000 rupees it was very bad experience and they didn't even give the towel.

Staff behavior quite good but they charge extra money which is illegal i think.... Because during i book the hotel prices shows only 630 but they ask 1000.... And room was good all the facilities are available and they don't disturb the guest

I don't recommend. I booked a room and got a message I have to pay in advance half or full rate for the room. 40 mins. later I'm at the reception desk to hear they are full. It's late in an evening and in Guwahati it is hard to find a hotel licensed to accommodate western foreigners. The staff was not interested in listening to me. And here is the gist, after leaving the hotel 90 mins.later I still get another email to hurry up with the payment.

Staff and the hotel are cheaters. Unprofessional. Liars. I booked the room for 709 inr including breakfast. Based on the property photos 709 looked high anyway. I had subsequent bookings for Rs. 450 per day which was a reasonable price I guess. At the counter, 1st thing they say is you have to pay 350 extra. Wth, i have paid online, made a booking, why extra money? I had aged person with me, still they didn't understand. Finally I had to make a call to OYO and they solved the problem. Unclean lobby, as if no cleaning from months. Room floor not clean. Tiny bathroom and dirty. Torn bedsheets. Unclean table, with dust not wiped from months. Even though booking had breakfast included, they had excuses that they don't provided breakfast. Oyo should removed such third class unprofessional hotels from their list. I stayed one night and cancelled rest bookings

We do not take any breakfast. I think the hotel do not have any kitchen facility.

We have booked three rooms via your website and made full payment. When we arrived at hotel for check in, the manager told us "o website mey keya pay kiya, o vul jao.. iddhar per room ja jo fees hya, o dena parega"...As the place were unknown to us and after a long train journey, we were very tired so we agree them to pay extra 250/- ruppes but they provide us only 2 rooms. So, we have paid for 3 rooms but the hotel give us 2 rooms and took 250/- rupees extra.

There was nothing that I liked. I had a train the next day from Kamakhya station and the hotel was nearby so I booked.

Bathrooms have no windows and no exhaust fans. As such it smelled a lot. When we slept on the bed, we had itchiing. Very disappointed. Even the receptionist while checking in argued with me regarding payment of extra fees.

1. The lodge owner refused the price shown by booking.com. He charged me 40% more price as compared to your price.2. The room curtain is dusty.3. As per booking by your website breakfast included but no breakfast given by the lodge.

Its location very good, near to Kamakhya Station

Pls oyo stop booking, 1st very dirty room, bathroom dirty, ac also noisy not working properly, when call tha staff they didn't response, bedsheet pillow not changes when you enter the hotel very very bad service and behaviour. It disrepute your name also

Just the bed and nothing else.

Breakfast was not provided although it was included in the booking. When asked, the manager informed, breakfast not there. The room was dirty. No cleaning for 3 days. TV did not work. Fan was too dirty. Seems not cleaned for several months. Bed sheet and Kambal were dirty too.
